Ingredients

  • 200 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 200 g Frozen Berries
  • 200 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Start by adding the frozen berries, Greek yoghurt, almond milk, and honey to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

RECIPE NOTES:
  • For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla or berry protein powder.
  • Swap honey for sugar-free syrup.
  • If you don't have frozen berries, use fresh ones and add a few ice cubes to chill.
