Ingredients

  • 2 rashers Smoked Streaky Bacon
  • 2 Sausages
  • 2 slices 30% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese (small)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Lay the bacon rashers flat on a chopping board and trim if necessary to fit around the sausages.
  • Slice each sausage lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Insert a slice of low-fat cheese into each sausage, gently pressing it in.
  • Wrap each sausage with a bacon rasher, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
  • Place the stuffed pigs in blankets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one for even cooking
  • Air fry for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are fully cooked.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Customizations: Add a sprinkle of paprika or garlic powder to the cheese for extra flavour before wrapping.
