Ingredients

  • 200 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 200 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 200 g Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 medium Frozen Banana

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Start by adding the frozen banana, strawberries, fat free Greek yoghurt, almond milk and honey to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

RECIPE NOTES:
  • Peel and slice the banana before freezing for easier blending.
  • For a thinner consistency, add a little more almond milk and blend again.
  • For extra sweetness, use a riper banana.
