  • 1 Measuring Jug
  • 1 Glass

Ingredients

  • 200 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 80 g Frozen Pineapple (chunks)
  • 150 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 30 g Spinach
  • 1 Banana

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Start by adding the Greek yoghurt, almond milk, banana, spinach, and frozen pineapple into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

RECIPE NOTES:
  • For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  • Add ice cubes if you want the smoothie to be colder.
  • You can use fresh pineapple instead of frozen.
