Protein Chocolate Mousse

Protein Chocolate Mousse is a creamy, high protein dessert made with cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder. It is smooth, rich and ideal for a quick macro-friendly sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 100 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Sweetener

Instructions

  • Add the low fat cottage cheese and fat free Greek yoghurt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add the blended mixture to a bowl, then stir in the chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener and salt until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl or ramekin.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until thickened and set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Notes
  • For the smoothest texture, blend the cottage cheese and Greek yoghurt fully before adding the dry ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving so the mousse can thicken properly.
