Protein Chocolate Mousse is a creamy, high protein dessert made with cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder. It is smooth, rich and ideal for a quick macro-friendly sweet treat.
Add the low fat cottage cheese and fat free Greek yoghurt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Add the blended mixture to a bowl, then stir in the chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener and salt until fully combined.
Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl or ramekin.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until thickened and set.
Serve chilled and enjoy!

For the smoothest texture, blend the cottage cheese and Greek yoghurt fully before adding the dry ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving so the mousse can thicken properly.
