Protein Blueberry Smoothie

A thick, creamy protein blueberry smoothie made with frozen blueberries, banana and fat free Greek yoghurt. Quick, filling and ideal for breakfast or post workout.

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring Jug
  • 1 Glass

Ingredients

  • 200 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 150 g Frozen Blueberries
  • 200 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 medium Banana

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Start by adding the Greek yoghurt, frozen blueberries, banana, vanilla extract, peanut butter and milk to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

RECIPE NOTES:
  • For extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  • For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk or add a handful of ice.
  • For a thinner smoothie, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
  • For extra sweetness, use a riper banana.
