  • Handheld Milk Frother recommended

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 300 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk (2% milk)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Sweetener (recommended)
  • 25 g Pistachio Nuts (kernels only)

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients:

  • In your Ninja Creami tub, add the milk, protein powder, pistachio pudding mix, salt, sweetener, and pistachio nuts. Mix everything until fully combined.
  • Place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours until fully frozen.

Spin in the Ninja Creami:

  • Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Lite Ice Cream setting and let it process.
  • Add 2 tbsp of milk to the container to improve creaminess if powdery, then return it to the Ninja Creami and use the respin setting
  •  Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Mix ins

Chocolate chips, pistachio peanuts, or sugar-free caramel drizzle go great for an extra indulgent touch.

Leftover Tip:

If you don’t finish the ice cream, reseal the container and return it to the freezer. When you're ready to eat it again, simply select the Lite Ice Cream setting on your Ninja Creami.
