This Ninja Creami Mango Protein Sorbet is light, refreshing, and unbelievably high in protein for a fruit-based dessert. With just two ingredients and over 27g of protein, it’s the perfect guilt-free way to cool down and stay on track with your goals.

  • Handheld Milk Frother recommended

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 Mangoes
  • Sweetener (recommended)

Instructions

  • Blend the Ingredients:
  • Combine the chopped mangoes, vanilla whey protein powder, and sweetener. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Cover the container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
  • Spin in the Ninja Creami:
  • Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Sorbet setting and let it process.
  • Re-spin if needed
  • If the texture is crumbly, re-spin again.
  •  Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Customisations

  • For a smoother texture: Ensure mango is fully blended before freezing.
  • Make it tropical: Add a squeeze of lime or a pinch of salt to enhance the mango flavour.

Leftover Tip:

If you don’t finish the sorbet, reseal the container and return it to the freezer. When you're ready to eat it again, simply select the Sorbet setting on your Ninja Creami.
