This rich and creamy Ninja Creami Coffee Protein Ice Cream delivers all the bold flavour of your favourite iced coffee, with a protein punch to fuel your day. It’s the perfect way to enjoy your caffeine fix while keeping calories in check.
In a Ninja Creami container, combine the vanilla protein powder, milk, instant coffee, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Use a handheld milk frother to blend until smooth.
Cover the container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
Spin in the Ninja Creami:
Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Lite Ice Cream setting and let it process.
Add 2 tbsp of milk to the container to improve creaminess, then return it to the Ninja Creami and use the Respin setting
Serve and enjoy!

Leftover Tip:
If you don’t finish the ice cream, reseal the container and return it to the freezer. When you're ready to eat it again, simply select the Lite Ice Cream setting on your Ninja Creami.
