Equipment

  • Ninja Creami Dessert Container
  • Handheld Milk Frother recommended

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 300 ml Semi Skimmed Milk (2% milk)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Sweetener (recommended)
  • 2 tsp Instant Coffee

Instructions

  • Blend the Ingredients:
  • In a Ninja Creami container, combine the vanilla protein powder, milk, instant coffee, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Use a handheld milk frother to blend until smooth.
  • Cover the container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
  • Spin in the Ninja Creami:
  • Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Lite Ice Cream setting and let it process.
  • Add 2 tbsp of milk to the container to improve creaminess, then return it to the Ninja Creami and use the Respin setting
  •  Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Customisations

No instant coffee? Replace it with a double espresso instead.
Optional Mix-Ins: Add coffee beans, chocolate chips, for added crunch and texture.

Leftover Tip:

If you don’t finish the ice cream, reseal the container and return it to the freezer. When you're ready to eat it again, simply select the Lite Ice Cream setting on your Ninja Creami.
