Greek Yoghurt Bars are a simple frozen high-protein snack made with creamy fat free Greek yoghurt, strawberries, vanilla protein powder and a little honey for sweetness. They are ideal for anyone who wants a lighter dessert or easy snack that still helps hit protein goals.

  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Spatula

  • Baking paper

Ingredients

  • 250 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 100 g Fresh Strawberries (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yoghurt, milk, vanilla protein powder, and honey to a jar and mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds until fully combined.
  • Fold through the frozen strawberries or add them on top.
  • Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy!

Notes

RECIPE NOTES:
  • Use a thick Greek yoghurt for the creamiest texture.
  • For neat slices, freeze until fully firm and use a sharp knife.
  • Store the bars in the freezer and allow them to soften slightly before serving.
